Pardot

Pardot Customer relationship management (CRM) by the Salesforce software is a contact list with a brain. This software deliver those benefits to my business to organize and record the institutional knowledge of all businesses maintain about our customers. Their customer support is amazing whenever I reach them for any help on the application they guide me and help me in understanding the alternative options to finish my work much faster. Their continuous update on the product features and their growth is tremendous especially after collaborating with the Salesforce. Pardot customer support is amazing whenever needs any help they guide us.

The advanced features may seem overwhelming at first if you've not setup this type of software for your company before. I noticed a few redundancies in the UI. For example, when you begin a process and get to the field which asks for a campaign you must exit this screen and enter another to do so. I believe greater use of inline editing may resolve this and other situations like it easily. The reporting is quite extensive but may not be the customizable enough for certain types of companies with specific criteria required.

Pardot is a great solution for secure file storage and role based file sharing. It's amazing to view my files using any device I currently operate daily. And I've shared countless files with contractors, JV partners and clients using Pardot. I've not contacted their support but I've read it's not great. I'd imagine it's excellent for paid accounts though I'm guessing.
