Pardot

The best thing about using Pardot is definitely the excellent User Interface and is fairly easy to use in terms of email support and great support in developing the pages. The documentation is pretty easy to understand without undue focus on technical jargon and there is always the amazing customer support. Our organization has been using it for over an year and pretty much satisfied with the increase in performance of our sales. Added to it is the collaboration with Salesforce making it one of the if not the strongest players in the market.

The worst part of using Pardot is definitely the infinite amount of time (yes I am serious) it takes in building the landing pages. Also the pricing and customization features for small businesses can be greatly improved. It would also immensely benefit if the management provides good training on the product emphasizing on quality rather than just sell the product off the shelf!

Definitely Pardot provides a great user experience and is built with a thought. The merger with Salesforce is one of the best strategic decisions to take place and the management invests a great deal of time in providing excelelnt customer service. The lead scoring feature can be improved upon to make it more usable. However at present though it is highly efficient with larges businesses, some customization thoughts can be applied for small ventures as well and make it affordable. I would rate this Pardot software 8 out of 10.
