Their customer support is amazing whenever I reach them for any help on the application they guide me and help me in understanding the alternative options to finish my work much faster. Their continuous update on the product features and their growth is tremendous especially after collaborating with the salesforce.

Personally I do feel their email format system isn't simple nor doesn't provide everything a professional look for, I hope they'll update it in the future. Since they provide a feedback form regarding the improvement or implementation of features which I believe others might also felt the same with the email format system.

Pardot with its collaboration with salesforce reduces the internal activities by reducing the human errors and almost all the communication with our clients through our business team & sales people are more effective since it helps in weeding out the non-active prospects. Pardot's active participation with its customer feedback and suggestions it can improvise the application further.
