Pardot is a very easy application if you want B2B solution with friendly interface and encapsulates all activities in one place and for this reason makes easier marketing complexities and thus saves your time. The good thing is that it gives you the opportunity to see what interests your customers than to look at all emails one to one and furthermore it gives customer support. Τhis active participation with its customer feedback and suggestions it is very helpful for the users. It also comes in app for smartphones.

Not many negatives. A negative is that it must have a reasonable pricing for beginners to encourage them to join it (you have to pay for features). Sometimes it is slow loading the pages and takes more time to create your webpages. I hope they’ll update it in the future.

In general Pardot is giving users a really great experience for marketing automation and with its focus on marketing options it is easy to manage all business activities in one place and be able to track everything. It is fully meets the requirements of a small marketing organization. I would highly recommend it to new users.
