What was the best part about using Pantonium?
The best part about using Pantonium is the fact that we are no longer going to be using this software!!
What would you change about your experience with Pantonium?
Their holier than thou attitude. Not being able to use more than 2 drivers on a vehicle throughout the day, the cumbersome way to price trips, the inability to cancel a driver off a vehicle after they have been "activated", the accounting portion and billing portion, the inability to attach a price to the individual trip on the front end, the cumbersome and often times, inability to change the pricing associated with individuals within the system, not always logging out the drivers at the end of their shift - sometimes they have to do the log out manually, promises for better integration, along with the difficulty in reading the colors on the phone, the inability to take out duplicate records or of pt's that are deceased.
Promises made before signing the contract and not being delivered because "it's not in the contract".
Pantonium is the worst part of Pantonium.
Overall Feedback
After using this for over 2 years, and their terrible contract that is in pure favor for them, promises made before signing and not kept after signing the contract, I DO NOT recommend anyone use this program. In fact, I would not recommend this program to my best enemy! Additionally, once as my attorneys sort things out and/or my contract is up, I will not work with the CEO Remi Desa ever again, if I can avoid it. This review is my opinion because of what I have experienced.
