What was the best part about using Pantonium?

I'm not so sure there is a "best part" about using this software for a private company with multiple vehicles...

What would you change about your experience with Pantonium?

Most everything... the user interface is difficult, they say they are going to change things to hook you into a contract, and then back out of what they said the would do and tell you it's not in the contract. To change drivers and vehicles is a nightmare... to change client information is a nightmare... to change some of the "automatic" features is a nightmare... Too much back end work that was supposed to be on the front end when inputting data, that takes up an inordinate amount of time!

Overall Feedback

There is not much room for change, difficult interface, poor management, sales will "rope-a-dope" you and I would not recommend this software to anyone!!!
