Functionality of CRM, Documents, File handling, and customer support saying "i'm sorry but I can't help you with that"

Such a good system if perfected, but the best of a terrible selection. Sometimes I'd rather bang my head against a wall than try to understand how the formatting of their documents has glitched out yet again. Adjusting bullets or numbering is a nightmare, documents will sometimes leave you with spacing errors that aren't deletable so you have to delete the text box and add a new one, an inability to adjust any image size, you can't move folders once they're created, lack of an easy print preview so trying to make a paper copy to mail to a client is very strenuous, and if you ever have to email a customer more than once you have to delete their contact which make the contact tab utterly useless and in fact more detrimental. They just don't care about the functionality because they don't have anyone that can contest them with it, if they did I could guarantee they'd be fixing these obvious technical issues. But its not a bad system, just utterly frustrating 9/10 because something needs to be finessed in just the right way.
