PandaDoc

PandaDoc is a software as a service offering electronic proposal, quoting and contract signatures which are legally binding as well as document automation and tracking. There's a robust set of functionality in your account and it's very easy to use. You can store documents easily as well and share them easily so that's great. The template editor uses drag and drop functionality which is good every little thing counts and adds up to be a more productive day. I like the intuitive feel of the interface you can find anything you need quickly. Everything is clean and fast loading. I really like the dashboard and it's features. The templates are nice to have there's a lot of work done for you up front here which is a big time saver considering it can take a day or more for one to make yourself. The variety of proposals you can make overall is pretty good. The editor itself is really good it saves basically in real time for you ongoing like Google Drive does when you're using Word or Powerpoint online. The user isn't clunky or cumbersome at all it actually loads really quickly so that's great. It's enjoyable to use where in some software you find it to be quirky or buggy and make it hard to format. Or you can't use bullets correctly, or the bullet size is changing automatically, all examples I recall off the top of my head of what I mean by clunky. It doesn't seem to be the case in PandaDoc so that's all good. The document handling and template functionality are both very good as well you can use tokens to replace information in your proposal automatically so it becomes a breeze to re-use templates over and over. You can fill them in and send them in a matter of a couple minutes and it's legally binding which is amazing. Plus your savings paper, printing costs, printer maintenance, scanner maintenance and minimizing mis-communication and human error almost all together so it's pretty cool how much productivity you can get out of it. The ability to get electronic signatures is good as well. The integrations possible make PandaDoc quite a comprehensive proposal suite and useful as a core component of your business. There is no doubt about how much value it's worth in terms of time, money and energy saved it's huge. So this is a real way to streamline and optimize your processes.

The name to me is kind of frivolous or perhaps there's a better word. I don't mind you can call your company anything you want, but when you're my professional company legal documents to a serious client to do anything with pandas you can only hope that the person receiving it loves pandas enough to click the link. lol It's not a big deal if you have a trust with whomever you're sending a proposal but if you're sending it to a huge company where it gets passed around departments and third parties are perceiving your proposal for the first time and there's a PandaDoc branding associated with it there may be the odd stickler who would take you more seriously if the proposal said DocuSign or RightSignature. But that's just my opinion. I really like everything else about the software a lot it's awesome.

It's great to have an audit available with all of your documents and a central place to store and share them with your team. The approvals feature is really good as is the template editor. I like that you can use video embedded in your proposal to make it more personal it's certainly a nice feature which helps conversions for sure. The reporting analytics are very sound and you can get a nice view of time spent reading particular sections of your proposal and follow up according to your prospects interests which is a really powerful tactic. It's about a third pricier than HelloSign which is my current favorite while I'm doing this research into the market. But HelloSign has a fully functional free plan which suits start ups and entrepreneurs just staring out and has great Google integrations though I believe PandaDoc does have a more integrations which may well easily justify the greater cost if you're using one of them already because of the leverage involved by using one central location to access them all being so productive. Either way you can try PandaDoc free with their trial and compare them directly. They're both great and I recommend them.
