What was the best part about using PandaDoc?

It's super easy to use. You can upload a contract or proposals, assign fields and send it in a couple minutes. Oh, I also love getting notified when others are viewing the documents so I can reach out if they don't execute after they've viewed. They are really responsive and helpful, so ask them to walk you through a demo.

What would you change about your experience with PandaDoc?

I've seen other people take advantage of the more advanced features in PandaDocs. I think you can edit the actual text of a document right inside their interface without having to export / import to and from Word, but I never found a video or FAQ on using this functionality. This was a reason we went with PandDocs over Docusign, but I never got to use it.

Overall Feedback

It has cut our contract turn-around times by days if not weeks. Eliminating printing, signing and scanning allows us to move deals along quickly and ultimately close deals quickly. That means more contracts signed and more revenue in the door. Spend time with this. There are more features than you think. It has paid for itself 100x over if not more.
