PandaDoc

For the most part, Pandadoc is very useful as a signage tool! Its premise is simple and bare basic and it does not take great intelligence to be able to use it properly to an advantage. Its cost-effective and I have had no issues with it whatsoever. I like the way that you can design templates, build tables, and even embed certain types of content. Additionally, it also is very useful in organizing everything you would need in one single space where you are not calling on different types of other software to get the job done that you need it to do.

As I aforementioned, Pandadoc is great for signage. However, it does have a few pitsides in my opinion that I need to mention as well. Pandadoc is not a very professional name and sometimes clients can be offput when the receive a doc that has the brand name on it. When opting for the paid version I also had problems with billing either I was billed too much at one time, or not enough in the next billing cycle. Also, Pandadoc is not without its glitches here in there when using certain functions and features.

Pandadoc is not bad for document management. It can do many many things in retrospect of signage and its abundant features. Its price is not bad either as it is more reasonable then some lesser quality doc management software. However, the billing inconsistency and glitches really were a huge turnoff from using it for me- as I need it to me more reliable so I do not have to worry about auto-billing and being over or under charged for using a less than mediocre product.
