This was a company I recently contacted to learn more about their integrated marketing services and whether they were a good fit for our business. I found them to be top rated on a popular review site and wanted to learn why and how they differentiated themselves from their competition which were also recommended and highly rated. They were Google Partner certified which I appreciated seeing from a pay per click management service provider. They had an active blog with some valuable content for prospects which indicated to me that they were staying current with their knowledge of the industry which is constantly changing. They had a couple of positive testimonials on their About Us page along with several client logos which was helpful. I like that they explicitly state that they are white hat and mention the significance of this in regards to a long term sustainable successful approach.

There was a lack of case studies on their website in my opinion. Compared to their competition which provided in depth understanding of the problems, solutions and results with verifiable campaign performance metrics this to me could facilitate more trust in their service up front during the research stage. Though some companies offer them once you reach out so this wasn't a deal breaker at all.

They were not either accredited or listed in the Better Business Bureau. And on their home page 'Let’s face it, the internet is full of scammers who are looking to take your money.' So while they provided a decent amount of credibility on their site this external proof is the best and quickest way to assure prospects so I don't understand why they wouldn't back their claim and disprove the possibility in the most significant way from a prospects point of view by doing so. Though to their credit I did find several positive reviews elsewhere online which helped make up for this. And I did receive a very prompt response and polite follow ups from Jon which I appreciated. However we had decided to go in another direction shortly after reaching out to them so I apologize for not following up myself. However wanted others to know this is a legitimate, trustworthy company which can certainly help your online presence and business growth online.
