It is a very powerful tool, it can process a large database. The interface is user-friendly, easy to use, and it has a great database option which allows you to remodel similar schedules fast and easy. I like how you can see your whole portfolio in one place and you can also see the resource usage for each stack in the portfolio.

When processing a large amount of data, it slows down the system and often crashes.I would like if they could make it easier for us to undo the changes. The installation process can be a real pain for newbies.I do not like the customer support, they often appear to be quite clueless.

Like every other software, it has its downsides. It can be incredibly slow if you use it to process huge database. For someone, that can be frustrating. For inexperienced users, the initial set up can be a nightmare. That said, before you decide to give it a go, be sure to provide some training classes for yourself or/and your team, so you can utilize this product properly.
