Best part about dealing with them: - The auto population of expenses charges to the corporate credit card makes reporting process a little less time burden. - PeopleSoft allows maintenance of all information about employee : HRIS, payroll, benefit administration, leave management and ACA - Delivered templates helps in saving time during setup.

Worst part about dealing with them - Expensive – Recommendable for large scale industries. - Eligibility based job code which does not work well for a company that already has a lot of job codes for employees. - Requirement of a Checkbox type payroll : One click close step/process would have been better . Would be great to see peoplesoft deliver a "checkbox like" payroll

Overall Feedback - Report Generation is fantastic. The best thing about this is the ability to generate reports.. People soft is one company which knows how to make management happy. - It is effective if submitted in a timely manner, but the burden of entering information in PeopleSoft often prevents people from doing so. - Learning and coaching is required. There is plenty of documentation and online fourms.
