Oracle Peoplesoft

It is a complete application with easy to use interface. It provides all the solutions under one umbrella. It is useful for both the management and the employees. The employees can easily track their performance and can easily interact with the human resource department however the employers can keep the record of input factors like employee productivity.

Although it is a very good software but still I believe there is a large place for improvement specially in the user interface, Sometime the user gets lost in the menu it should be made more attractive and easy to use so that the user enjoy working on it and the managers csn easily extract the reports whenever they want without any delay or hindrance.

Overall it is a very good application. Apart from a little issues which I hope will be gone by next release it is a very good package for human resource management. The employees and the managers can easily work on it to manage the human resource. Managers can easily interact with the employees and can pull the reports easily to manage the work force.
