Oracle Peoplesoft

I have used Oracle’s HCM Peoplesoft and it does infact deliver a good HR Functionality that enables you to increase productivity and accelerate business performance. The Peoplesoft Talent Management platform helps Staffing professionals attract, retain, and motivate top talent with a flexible, workflow driven talent management system. You have the ability to gain visibility in your workforce and can make strategic decisions based on all talent related activities.

I don’t have to much to complain about but there has been times the system has been slow. The system could seem very slow and cumbersome at times. I seem to remember there were a few outages. When there were upgrades they happened at inopportune times. Intergration and transitioning to the new system took a long time and we were not able to convert data from the previous system.

PeopleSoft provided the ability to have one system that incorporated so much. In addition to the basic HRIS and Payroll, we utilized the additional functions of Time and Labor tracking, Education tracking, Performance Management, Disciplinary tracking, and Training and eLearning records. Simple and easy to use this product . Users found it very comfortable to use and also training new comers on the product was easy.
