Oracle Peoplesoft

"The best part I liked the most is that reporting of data which is very easy. It is very simple to use .The platform menus make navigation natural and makes easy to understand. Most of the templates can be used ""as is"" without much modification which saves lot of time during initial set ups. Poeplesoft also provides in penetrated access for all the data stored in the program,.Also it also gives a variety in querying the data and getting the expected result "

From my perspective , the user interface seems a bit outdated and could have been better in terms of visual appealing.Another concern that I felt is that it takes time to learn, and one need to have knowledge on the information within the program. Sometimes this makes the program a little bit harder to use as well .Also time taken for implement will be little high.

"Overall For large companies, PeopleSoft is a great tool I have always good opinion about Oracle's products and Peoplesoft is trustworthy product for HCM solutions. Therefore, yes I would recommend to other HR professionals. I would advice one to request for a demo , check for all the functionalities and see if peoplesoft can be a best fit for your HCM/HRIS solutions "
