Oracle Peoplesoft

What I like most about Oracle Peoplesoft is that it has the best integration for HR related modules at one place. It is the best ERP which I have ever used. With the best available reporting feature I can generate report in different forms and as per my requirement. All HR related processes have become so smooth with this that one can't imagine.

I don’t think there anything which I dislike about Oracle Peoplesoft. But sometimes we have seen some latency while accessing it on different devices. You can work little more on the user interface. Like that it’s a wonderful software with a best ever integration of all related modules for a large organisation.

A great software to use with all possible modules integrated at one place. We can access the details of all of our employees, and most importantly we can access them from anywhere.We have been using PeopleSoft to enter and collect in Employee's related information such as Name, contact number and Address, SSN, DOB, etc and also we have the great facility with PeopleSoft to process weekly payroll for employees. Which in turns give a great employee satisfaction. The reporting feature is again very much helpful to all type of organisations. We must appreciate this ERP which has been a backbone for our organisation.
