Oracle Peoplesoft

PeopleSoft has the ability to generate reports and that is one thing I do like regarding of . If you are working within a company that has many employee's that work in other countries , Peoplesoft's global payroll system allows for calculations in multi-states and countries . The system can also handle company PTO, vacations and leave of absence policies. Very user friendly interface and has many products , features and add-ons available .

The version I used was pretty clustered and kinda funky as soon as the startup showed up . There were links on the side that also appeared in the main page , being informative is different from being repetitive . Sometimes it's difficult to get everything to make it all work together and sometimes you need too many clicks to find what you are looking for .

It is not as perfect as some other HRIS systems out there but it has the potential to do more .They have been constantly working to improve their old type user interface so that it could be more appealing . I would recommend that you make sure that you learn all aspects of Peoplesoft so that it can make your life easier .
