More often than not the PeopleSoft applications are used to understand an organization's business, explore possible options and provide proactive solutions navigating through a plethora of complex requirements. This leads to massive increase in productivity and also lowers the cost of ownership. I am impressed with the navigation features and the templates - which reduce lot of time and make life easier.A significant feature is the reporting capability which is the best in the business.

I think the user interface needs a lot of improvement to be really considered a good CRM tool. I also felt lot of instructions are written in COBOL and though the statements are written in english, it is just too difficult for a modern day professsional to follow that programming language standards and the batch processing. most of my colleagues felt that the retrieval of the stored data from the system in order to work with the different daily operating task of a business is very complex and often outdoes the benefits.

I thought People soft CRM is definitely a good product to invest and reap the benefits of payroll and other such features. Our Organization has been using PeopleSoft CRM environment for quite sometime via the SJSU login to sign in for the various courses we offer, monitor the payment of fees, and log in the effort hours. We use the PeopleSoft's mail features to establish communication with all the stakeholders and we are quite pleased having this tool as everything is almost on a roller coaster ride.
