PeopleSoft CRM is not user friendly. It because it offers a lot of features. If I want to complete some specific tasks then I have to do a lot of clicks. This is really time confusing. Also it is not compatible with Windows 10. Perfectly perfectly with Windows 7 and Windows 8. Compatibility is fine when you use PeopleSoft CRM with mobile devices. I have been using it with my Blackberry and I am happy with its performance on Blackberry.

Although it is slightly expensive when you compare it with other competitors. However, features wise it is a great CRM tool. The other great things which you can do using PeopleSoft CRM are integration with Gmail, Hotmail and Outlook. Installation and Configuration is simple. You can even get help from internet regarding to configuration on all the available Operating Systems. Highly recommended to Marketing and Sales teams.
