Oracle Eloqua

Oracle Eloqua has an excellent documentation which makes the users to get acquaint to the software within few minutes of using it. Even without any knowledge with the coding language in HTML, CSS also able to create the forms, emails and landing pages by using their WYSIWYG interface which are simple to use.

However their platform are simple to use still its not a user friendly application. At the time of installation we required IT support which took several hours in installing the application. Even reporting the issues are kind of confusing to us so it definitely needs an guidance before using the program.

Eloqua does a great job as a marketing program. Its hard to install or integrate the application to the users system but if you had an excellent support from the seller or customer support definitely you'll find it easier while using the application. Even there will training materials which will be pleasing you on learning about the software.
