Though I don’t have much concern on Oracle CRM . I felt the plug in supports to integrate the third party tools like Google Sheet, Google Docs are not supported by Oracle CRM. When it comes for pricing there are two options with $70 per user per month for multi tenant hosting option and single tenant hosting option at an extra cost of $125 per user per month. Hence pricing wise it could have been in better.
