Oracle bigmachine is very friendly and have a helpful support, I like how I can customize the product and the ability to adjust the product in a multiple different needs that can utilized the way I want. This software is simple but very advanced. This can be integrate with several CRM like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.

I don’t have that much issues, but what I noticed, because of its too much code, the server sometimes is dropping and the work become delayed. Creating templates for presentation to my client and prospects is a little harder to gets. Also the reporting is a little bit slow and tougher too.

Bigmachines will help us to ensure accurate quotes and orders of clients. It’s also good to promote the products through recommendations options. This is good product and recommended to those who have a budgets, but don’t worry it worth’s the price. If you are a company that changes course few times, this likely is not the product for you because it's too difficult to change.
