If there is one tool capable to lead the whole managing process for ambulance services, then this is the one. It’s automatic notifications lets you order only exactly the needed things (and exactly when needed), and overall allows the user to have the security of knowing the inventory is tracked, monitored and reported, from start to finish. Moreover, it is not very complex and is easy to implement as well.

One of the main issues that stands out for me is its’ mobile app that does exist, but is not for the use on Android phone , therefore, I can’t see much use of the app unfortunately. Other issue comes from the customer service who without a doubt is wonderful, but sadly they are not very reach, especially when working after hours.

Operative IQ is straightforward and intelligent tool, taking the managing issues on it instead of giving you the hassle of working with inventory, vehicle maintenance, supply management etc. Thanks to this tool you can actually concentrate on what is really important and don’t have to worry anymore about tiny details.
