What was the best part about using OpenWater Awards?

There is nothing good about a company who encourages their salespeople to stalk potential clients.

What would you change about your experience with OpenWater Awards?

The salesperson who is stalking me, trying to get my business, when I already repeatedly told her no.

Overall Feedback

Open Water (Jen Forbes) contacted the non-profit organization I head a few months ago. I politely told them we were not interested. Jen Forbes reached out to me again recently and again, I told her we were not interested as we handled awards in-house. This woman has the NERVE to find out where I work (not the non-profit), call my manager and get transferred to my phone. So essentially, she's stalking me trying to get our business. RIGHT NOW, as I'm typing this review, she emails MY COMPANY EMAIL (which I never gave her) still trying to get my business. Her pushiness and stalking means that I will never work with Open Water.
