OpenMoves Email Marketing Platform

This is an email marketing service provider we were considering for our business. The user interface is very user friendly and easy to get started using immediately. You can use one of the several email templates they have available which is a big time saver. You can also create templates which are mobile friendly using drag and drop technology which is great. I like that you can segment your list based on various criteria such as demographic, behavior and purchase history. You can setup triggers as well based on certain behavior as well as enable registration forms and surveys. There are shopping cart abandonment triggers which can be utilized with email. And you can do split testing as well. The reporting is quite robust and includes several metrics such as return on investment, heat maps, geo maps and more.

I wish there were more integrations possible. Currently they integrate with Magento, MS Dynamics and Salesforce which are all useful but there are many others which would benefit their users. This is one of the main reasons we cannot move forward with this platform as I like their ecommerce based reporting and triggers but the software does not currently integrate with our shopping cart.

This is a terrific email marketing software as a service which is among the easiest to setup and begin using in my experience. The overall features are slightly more advanced than most others such as heat maps and shopping cart abandonment email triggers. Yet they do not have some of the advanced features such as the AI and OpenGen of Robly email marketing which are amazing. Pricing starts at about fifty dollars per month which is reasonable though I had to source this externally of their site, so I wish they were more transparent about this upfront. There is a free trial available however so there is no harm in checking it out to see if it suits your company. If you use Magento, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce it very well could be the best email service provider for your company.
