What was the best part about using openMAINT?

openMaint CMMS is an open source software that is available on premise for windows and has a web-based interface. openMAINT is easy to deploy and implement. openMAINT fits for economic management, logistic, facility management, asset inventory, management of registries and more. openMAINT supports georeferencing though GIS and BIM support which is already used by 3D building software.

What would you change about your experience with openMAINT?

openMaint has a steep learning curve and it requires prior training and practice in order to manage all of the features it offers. There are no negative feedbacks or reviews on openMAINT CMMS. openMAINT team is offering an online FAQ, Manual, videos, and webinars. The installation process of openMAINT CMMS is complex.

Overall Feedback

The main advantage of implementing openMaint CMMS is its usability and advanced features it allows like the georeference of items and tasks and the joy of an advanced CMMS software that is completely free under the AGPL license. The contact feature is a bit annoying with a long form to fill.
