OpenCRM

With OpenCRM, our demands and needs are always being acknowledged and they work with us to provide the tool the Account Management could use. The attention and understanding that they offer to our business is second to none and the training was very effective and efficient. The support has always been there too.

I don’t see anything to dislike about OpenCRM. Their support has been very awesome and in case we are having issues, all of those are being resolved quickly. I would suggest that if you need anything or you have some questions, just drop them a line and they’ll be happy to help.

OpenCRM enables us to manage the entire aspects of our business. And because it is open source, it is very easy to add some modules and adapt how it works as we evolve. We have used different CRM systems before we settled with OpenCRM and its flexibility has made it stand out among the rest.
