Their design and branding, process and methodology are very solid. They don't guarantee their work in any set terms which I can understand. I spoke with Sam from OneIMS who was friendly and was confident in his team's ability. He mentioned one to the low end range for this company though this wasn't a quote. I had sent him a list of the keyword research which I've done as well as our competitors. The company had a lot of value for the prospect in terms of ROI calculators, white paper quality content and more. I appreciate this company goes to good lengths to understand your company prior to issuing a proposal. Sam made very clear that it was going to take a long term effort to rank for national keywords and I agree, though the competition in Canada would be relatively less than the United States all things considered. And it's best to probably include local keywords as our primary ranking targets. Sam also passed along a client reference which could be verified directly which is a huge item in the presales process that I appreciated.
