ONE UP

ONE UP is a magnificent tool for keeping our invoices and finances up to date at all times. Allowing flexible invoicing with automated due date notifications and sending all the info of invoices straight to the books takes a big portion of our daily hassle on its’ own shoulders. Besides flexible invoicing capabilities, it sends cash flow and profit information on a daily basis, giving us a full-scale update on our finances.

There are just a few tweaks I’d like ONE UP to have before I can say it covers all our needs. When it comes to invoicing, I’d like it to have more functionalities like hourly billing, recurring billing, subscription billing etc. Moreover, it doesn’t offer online nor mobile payment processing, which would in fact be very useful for us.

Currently I find ONE UP to be lacking in some invoicing features that would take it to the next level. However, as far as it comes to the features it has, it works marvellously. Automating most of your daily troubles, it is like a personal bookkeeping assistant, taking your finances and giving comprehensive overview at all times.
