Omnique

Omnique is an incredibly reliable cloud based management system that is at the forefront of technology. They actually listen to their customer base for future enhancements and bug fixes. It is easy to use and slows me to access shop data from anywhere I can get an internet connection with my laptop. The customer service and support is awesome! My chats, emails, and phone calls are answered within minutes. The application is user friendly and packed with tons of time saving features.

I can't think of anything bad about Ommnique. Whenever I have a concern or problem they are always fast to listen, diagnose, and fix my problem. I wish that I had found Omnique earlier and hadn't wasted so much time with other management systems. My biggest concern was that I wanted my techs to be able to use it in the shop from tablets, Omnique has been working on this and it should be out later this year from what I am told.

Overall, I think Omnique is the best Shop Management System available today. They offer competitive pricing and a great value. There are other systems out there that may be cheaper, but they are lacking in needed functionality for my business. Omnique allows me to stop worrying about my management system and focus more on managing my business.
