Okta has many tiers and it offers some extra features only under an expensive plan which is not so good for small companies.The fact that Okta integrates multiple directories can make things more complicated to handle. Okta requires more administrative configuration since security policies are per-app. Despite those few points, Okta runs smoothly and without any issue.
