To be honest, I find it really easy to navigate, integrated and robust. It has a nice interface, so I am sure you going to find the same: a great tool for your practice. If you are running a small practice or store or if you are just interested in basic services, this option is one of the most competitive in the market. Recommended.

I do not find anything wrong in particular with this tool. It offers what it claims to at the beginning and it helps optometrists to manage their practices or labs efficiently. Affordable price. There is nothing to remark here as a downside.
