TinderBox is an apt solution for managing your assets and contents. Assets such as images, snippets of texts and contents can be managed through it. You just need to click, drag and drop the assets and you are done. It is that easy. Another appealing point is that the proposals made by TinderBox can be viewed in both HTML and PDF making it conducive for the clients to do as per their alleviation. Once the proposal sent through TinderBox is scrutinised by your clients, it instantly notifies you and also intimates you about the time spent by the client on your proposal and you can accordingly plan your next step.

The most disheartening thing I felt in TinderBox is that if you want to edit or modify an already published proposal, than you have to all again create a new separate proposal for that purpose. I would have definitely loved if they would have provide an option to edit or change the existing proposal with no need to create a new one which obviously waste your time. When you view your document or proposal as an HTML webpage, it's all fine but if you scrutinise it as a PDF or word file, it does not appears the way you are expecting or the way a proposal actually should look like.

When used in long term, TinderBox is a highly appreciated and beneficial tool. For creating and sending quotes and proposals, it is an incomparable software. In beginning you will explicitly find it crucial yo to use it, but once you get trained in it, you will find that working with it is very effortless. This software helped my company to create a paperless environment as most of our work is done on it through electronic devices. This software is absolutely suitable for large companies, but from cost point of view small companies may find it expensive.
