The program is good for its purpose and works the proper way. Using TinderBox, it's very simple to generate proposals which can be viewed in HTML and PDF, and you get notified each time your document is viewed. TinderBox's support team are excellent with regard to both efficiency and their responding time.

There is a learning curve in the beginning, but it's only natural and typical for almost every software. What I dislike though is the fact that you need to create a separate new proposal if you want to make any changes to the proposal that is already published. Apart from that, there is not anything I dislike about the software.

TinderBox is a outstanding tool that provides you with professional proposals and has extremely helpful and responsible support. The software is quite easy and inituitive to use, though there is a learning curve in the beginning. It saves you really much time while creating a proposal. The proposals get sent electronically, so you avoid using fax machines and spare a lot of paper. Our office is struggling to become a paperless environment, so by using TinderBox we are moving into the right direction! The TimberBox integration with Salesforce is excellent, and when they are integrated the performance speed is quite fast which is another advantage.
