This software is a cloud-based CRM platform made for small and mid-size industry users and comes with as a straightforward easy to use interface design. The platform offers contact management as well as sales- force computerized applications with some simple and excellent customer service capabilities. Nutshell offers unlimited storage space and very suitable for small and medium sized businesses looking for scalability and swift execution. A very intuitive software with great sales organization and pipeline follow – up.

The Nutshell has little support for multiple operating systems, which is a major setback as far as users are concerned. The platform needs to allow for more third party integration capabilities and if this hasn’t been sorted out by now, then it’s a no- no for me. Asides these few issues, it is a great and quality CRM product.

Nutshell has an excellent customer service and it turns out as a perfect alternative to most expensive CRM software out there. It comes with a perfectly designed simple workflow feature and which is very easy to use. One exception feature is the speed with which pages load on the platform and its highly accurate instant chat support.
