What was the best part about using NumberCruncher?

We were able to use NumberCruncher to better control our parts inventory and on-hand count to make order fulfillment much faster. This enabled us to reduce overtime and certainly made things much easier to manage for our small team.

What would you change about your experience with NumberCruncher?

There is software out there that seems to be able to handle mobile while NumberCruncher just doesn't seem to have what it takes to work with modern mobile devices.

Overall Feedback

It took some training at the start to really understand how to use the software, but once our team was zooming through it, it became a real asset to our company. Our sales and production teams are in great shape and our warehouse is optimized for getting the right parts when needed. We have a better control over our orders and our internal inventory. Billing has also been minimized to a two-step process.
