This was a digital marketing firm which I had contacted with regards to our search engine optimization project to learn more about their offer and to see why they are top rated according to a top seo review site, and what differentiates them from their competition. I was able to verify that they are certified Google Partners which goes a long way to indicate their credibility. They also had additional certifications and partnerships which helped to feel they were being transparent about their process and methodology. They offered a lot of value in terms of white papers and overall educational value on the site for prospects which I appreciated. It's quite a lot better than most of their competition with real depth and insider perspective into their industry in several different areas of their specializations which were good to see. They have several testimonials some of which were from recognizable brands which were great. They had over fifty samples in their portfolio which were more than usual for examples to see so that was good too. And they post to their blog with some regularity which helped me to know they are currently active in their industry, and that perhaps their current knowledge of this is reflected their frequency and quality of content which was sufficient certainly.

It would be nice to see this company had Better Business Bureau listing or accreditation. This is a significant way to increase trust in prospects such as myself and show there is nothing to hide from at all. I am naturally more inclined to select the competition which is in the BBB though was glad to give this company the benefit of the doubt based on their reputation and several other presales criteria which they had met during my research.

They were Google partner certified and has a lot of solid testimonials and clients on their site. I wish their clients were named it adds to the legitimacy of their claims but they seemed genuine nonetheless. I wished they were in the BBB to help indicate there was nothing to hide in terms of client issues. And that they provided metrics in case studies in their case studies but otherwise there was enough value and trust built in to take the step and connect directly. I appreciated the quick response from David and even though we went another direction I sincerely believe this company is legitimate and are definitely worth contacting to see if they are the best fit to help your online presence or grow your business online.
