Your Time Clocks are designed to reject employee punches when the punch doesn't match the established criteria, such as schedule lockout, meal lockout, just to name a couple. If you key-in your employee ID instead of a badge before presenting the finger, maybe wrong IDs were entered. In this case, you should find them on Attendance > Unclaimed page. Please contact your NOVAtime reseller or Software Support for assistance.
