I guess it was fine when we had 2 trucks and the odd O/O jump in with 1 or 2 users at my house. I remember being amazed that I didn't need to use my white board anymore. The funny thing is that I still have that whiteboard on my wall all these years later but I use it for my office to do list.

it was just not designed for networking or more than a few users. We got to around 20 trucks at one point with 3 offices which were all family and relatives but in 2 states. All mainly TL and a little LTL and LTR. But it couldn't keep up so good with the other offices and the networking and there was little real Internet connectivity in the late 90's like today so maybe it was not there fault.

Better than my whiteboard and would have been fine for one single office in one place and for under 10 trucks i think. But today there are so many other choices that offer more for less $. We eventually went with a software called Ascend TMS Software that our factoring company told us about and we love it as it is connected to them for funding our loads. When we deliver we get paid right away and the Ascend software updates automatically when the money is in our bank account.
