This company was one of those I had reached out to learn if they were the best fit for our search engine optimization project as I had found them listed on a popular digital marketing company review site online beside other highly rated companies, so wanted to learn why and what differentiated them from their competition. The summaries available for their services were helpful overviews but very basic considering the complexity of their industry. I was able to find two recommendations on the owners LinkedIn profile which helped validate credibility.

Their SEO Woorank was the second lowest I saw during my research into several dozen companies at forty three out of one hundred when I checked. The average was seventy five with the low thirty nine and the high being ninety two so it wasn't a great first impression of a company that leads by example for their own services. I did not find them in the Better Business Bureau and this level of transparency would help facilitate trust in prospects in my opinion. I was also not able to find any positive testimonials available elsewhere online. There Facebook page had one post from 2015 and two likes but that's it and while they don't offer SMM I was looking for signs that this company is currently active online unfortunately without much luck. There was no privacy policy or terms and conditions on the site which I believe is a legal requirement and a factor in SEO as well. There were no case studies or testimonials on the site and this would go a long to prove to prospects that they are a legitimate company with successful clients. They claimed to be Google Partner Adwords certified and SEMPO certified which I appreciated seeing. However when searching Google.com/partners for the name of this company there were no results. And when I attempted to click the image on their site it lead to this https://www.google.com/errors/awfe/system_down.html and did so when I circled back some time later so that seemed suspicious to me as the Google Partner site was not down at this time. And when I searched the SEMPO directory for the name of this company there were no results shown at all.

Overall compared to their competition this company was lacking nearly all of the successful presales criteria I required however I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and reached out to learn more. Unfortunately there was no response from this company unless I am mistaken somehow. Though there was no voicemail nor any email in my inbox when I double checked to be sure. So while I don't like leaving a negative review for any company there wasn't nearly as much transparency or credibility provided as their competition. And the lack of a responsiveness had me want to let others know that this company is not currently the best choice for their search engine optimization project.
