What was the best part about using Nitro Pro?

The software was nice, but not worth the money. I ultimately decided to get rid of it.

What would you change about your experience with Nitro Pro?

The major problem with it is that you can never get it off your computer! I did the uninstall process but it was still coming up all over the place and I can never open a pdf with it automatically trying to use Nitro (this is after I uninstalled it). So I went through my computer deleting anything that belonged to it and it still is in some crevice of my computer.

Overall Feedback

If there is no way to get rid of this, I can't trust that they are not doing other things on my computer.
