All of my business operations today needs to be managed properly, cause if not my productivity and sales could relatively get so low. I've been using several softwares before and implemented on my business in hoping that through them I can make everything fast. Guess so, nothing happens they offer a lot but none of them really function's greatly. Because of that, I've been so sensitive about CRM softwares. But then slowly I've realized the difference it has compared to the other software. The Application so much more responsiveness, a very good user's interface which I think is very similar to what is Facebook.com is using, so that is why I've learned to love this software! Yes, it has the basic functionality of what it should have as a CRM management software.

The software though still got some glitches, because it is web based there are times that you can't somehow access to the web application because of some errors. I hope the management and development team of this software will look more into this for the betterment of their services. Other than that all works pretty well.
