What was the best part about using Nimble?

Nimble updates automatically the relevant customer information and supervise the huge sources of data. After using their services, now I can even manage all my communication account from one place only. The import and export of data is too good here. This software gives us an opportunity even to view the information regarding customer conversation. This is perfect CRM software where I can even connect to Google applications. The call feature of Nimble is really cool. It is simple and easy to access without any complications. This tool is also easy to navigate with the customer contacts. My business position also improved after using their services.

What would you change about your experience with Nimble?

The benefits provide by Nimble is good but I also want the social website (like LinkedIn) should let access the external CRM data to them. This is not an issue of Nimble but I think it is showing effects on it. While using Nimble software, my Google chrome sometimes does not work properly. The print out of the contacts list is not accessible in this software. The page is also very heavy to load that requires more time in getting connected with this software. It would be perfect if visitors can see the recent blogs.

Overall Feedback

Nimble not only increase the customer connection but also increased my business revenue in an easy way. It is a first CRM which works anywhere when we are engaging customers. It even provides us smart app which works on every social networking site. The Contact management reviews our past, present and future interface with the customers. They even give us the free demo before we think to hire their services. Nowadays, they have started free webinar to their clients for the better understanding of the software work. Nimble is not only for medium scale organization but also for the benefit for the large-scale organization.
