What was the best part about using Nimble?

Nimble is a relationship manager software which provides insight into how to create stronger relationships in social channels using a easy way to nurture, engage and track contacts as well as gather new leads. Nimble provides extensive social listening and tracking tools which help increase sales using social channels. The savings in time doing data entry is advantageous. Along with the ability to add contacts quickly and view data such as: meetings scheduled, followup, notes, to do list and social media streams all at a glance. The smart contact feature is really solid with the ability to import contact data almost instantly from many useful sources. I like the ability to search, filter, segment and engage interests based on keyword and topic when communicating with prospects and brand advocates. There are many powerful integrations available for Nimble with an email inbox to capture incoming email in the dashboard. Nimble can help interconnect how a prospect is relating to your brand in the form of follows, likes or dislikes. With an ability to view opportunities by prospects accordingly. It's great to connect with customers directly through your brand. What a powerful tactic that is deeply personal all possible from this dashboard. Searching multiple social accounts to read messages in a single view is easy in Nimble. It serves as a prospecting tool also, where you can reach out to people who are not customers yet and win them over through showing them they are valuable through a real conversation about the brand. The smart contact app is a great feature with many powerful ways to utilize it. There is extensive relationship functionality in a single dashboard such as contact profiles, social signals, collaborations, communication, email conversations, calendaring to increase sales through integrated social channels such as Facebook, Linked and Twitter. Nimble may be best suited to small and mid-size businesses using this solution to establish greater relationships in social channels which can help you to discover, engage and listen to brand advocates and create opportunities with valuable prospects.

What would you change about your experience with Nimble?

There is room to enhance the forecasting and opportunity management components. There are no set email templates for use inside the central inbox. It seems a bit cumbersome to work with accounts. I couldn't easily find a way to share data between contacts or opportunities. The mobile app could use full functionality. Integration with Office 365 would be advantageous. The importing fields capabilities could be improved.

Overall Feedback

As a customer centric relationship manager Nimble provides a lot of value for a very fair price. Pricing begins with a free trial and no credit card required. Paid plans start at $15 per user, per month with 30,000 contacts, 5GB of storage and scale upwards in $25 for 25GB increments. If used consistently by a team it would easily yield a solid ROI while opening new revenue channels with social media. There analytic reports are not great. If you need a CRM with a high level of data there are better choices. The insight in the social networking channel within the brand is a powerful way to increase engagement, build trust with brand advocates and increase sales. Nimble data can be imported into other CRM's which might be the best way to utilize the powerful social aspects of this system.
