What was the best part about working with nGAGEMENT?

A user-friendly interface that makes keeping score on KPIs, launching contests and identifying talent extremely intuitive. There is an optional built-in product tour to guide you, and you only need to spend about 8-10 minutes a day in the app to make it work for you. It also provides a blended KPI setting that allows for seemingly opposing metrics to be tracked for overall performance.

What would you change about your experience with nGAGEMENT?

It's only designed for contact/call centers (inbound-outbound). While a niche market is a good thing, I would like to see nGAGEMENT adapted to other operations like brick-and-mortar shops and manufacturing.

Overall Feedback

Our current clients have all reported a positive ROI, with schedule adherence increased, AHT and CSAT improvements, as well as lower costs due to a more efficient scheduling process.
