Its a user friendly software.It makes the set up very simple .the swapping feature in this is very helpful.there is no interruptions in the meeting very easy to use.Very good for meetings and presentations.one can reach all the employees globally and instantly. with this software you dont need any other software or hardware.visuals also can be used.

It is difficult to understand in the starting. though sometimes it just stops working but still it is reliable. just we have to save it continuously after every use. more features could be added in it. well user guide should be provided to make it easy to use. its presentation can also be improved. certain bugs are also there. but these smalls things could be avoided if one sees whole performance of it.

Overall the product is good.though certain changes are required but still it could stand to be one of the great.its overall presentation should be definitely improved. It could be one of the great and useful among all the other software. It was actually an amazing software. it is reliable, and consistent. Customer service is also good.
