Nextiva introduced my business to HD calling and a slew of other features that simply weren’t there with the old in-house PBX system that I was using. If you’re planning to switch to VoIP, go with Nextiva. If you’re looking to change providers, then all the more reason to select this company because it will help you retain existing customers. If you’re lucky enough to find a VoIP provider offering services for less, you can be pretty sure that those services will be of the most basic nature and nowhere close to what Nextiva offers. My automobile spare parts business focuses exclusively on customers in the U.S, and Nextiva offers unlimited calling within the U.S, Canada, and Puerto Rico at no additional cost. Voicemail to text was a novelty for me, and I rather enjoyed reading the transcripts that arrived in my email. Sending faxes is painless, I can do it when on the go and can also receive faxes on my email. My customers no longer have to wait to talk to someone in the office, the calls are routed to whoever is free. I am still learning about Nextiva’s features so that I can integrate these into my business. Recommended.
