Outstanding customer service! Spoke with a support rep named Max and he was nicest and most helpful support agent I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I just had a couple questions about the set-up of our new phones. Max walked me through everything, was very patient, and genuinely wanted to make sure that I actually understood everything. Really nice to talk to real people!

At the moment there really has not been a worst part. (Hopefully it stays that way). However, even though the customer service has been really great, each time I have called in, it did take a bit of time until I was able to speak with a support representative. It was never more than 10 minutes or so, but I think it should definitely be a quicker response time.

Overall Nextiva has been great for us. They have fixed the few issues we have had quickly and with excellent customer service, which I would say is really their best quality. The phone service and all of the features we have work as they should. The auto attendant and the call forwarding feature hands down have been the most helpful. Honestly everything we need in a phone provider Nextiva has done a great job at. So it is safe to say they would be a good choice for anyone.
