Nextiva VoIP

Consistency I would say is the key word with Nextiva. I have been with Nextiva for almost 3 years and have been very pleased with our service. All of their products and features work as they are supposed to and any time I have needed to add lines to our service it has been a simple set up without issues. It has not mattered who I have spoken with or what department it has been with, each of my experiences with speaking to a Nextiva rep has been a positive one. They go above and beyond in ensuring your issue is resolved or that your need is met. They have been very consistent with their customer service which I am very thankful for since I know I can call in without hoping for a competent representative. They all know what they are doing and in my experience, anyone I speak with is able to accomplish what I have asked of them.

The only minor complaint I have with Nextiva is that there have been a couple of times where I have been on hold for 5-7 minutes before speaking with a representative. However, once I spoke with someone, my issue was quickly resolved.

It is a reliable service that seems to really care about you and your business. Can’t thank Nextiva enough for all of their help and for their product. Awesome company.
